Returns Policy

30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your appliance for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
How to Return
- Contact us on 01628 779022 or email [email protected] with your order number.
- We'll arrange a convenient collection date.
- Once we've received and inspected the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your appliance arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the circumstances. All appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Exceptions
- Appliances that have been installed, plumbed in, or used cannot be returned under this policy (faulty goods excepted).
- Built-in appliances that have been fitted are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
- Return collection charges may apply for large appliances.
Your Statutory Rights
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
