Delivery

We offer delivery & installation on all major appliances to local UK addresses. Deliveries are made by our specialist two-person teams who will bring your appliance into the room of your choice and if purchased carry out the required installation.

Delivery Timescales

Most in-stock appliances are delivered within 3–5 working days. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and may take 7–10 working days. You'll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout, and a confirmation email or text with your delivery slot once it's booked.

On the Day

• You'll receive a time window (usually AM or PM) the day before delivery.
• Our delivery team will bring the appliance to the room of your choice.
• All packaging will be removed and taken away (if purchased).
• Please ensure there is a clear path from the front door to the installation area.

Old Appliance Removal

Need your old appliance taken away? We can arrange collection and recycling of your existing appliance at the time of delivery. Just let us know when you place your order or contact us beforehand.
